STEP. 2 : PIM
We can apply for a Project Information Memorandum (PIM) through your local council. This confirms any site-specific planning rules or service requirements before construction begins.
STEP. 3: Pricing
With your site requirements confirmed, your builder can now provide accurate pricing. From there, you’re ready to move into final preparation and construction with clarity and certainty.
STEP. 4: Build
Your builder can now move into construction using the completed plan set — turning your project from paper into reality. We remain available for support right through to Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).
